Project Pan | Makeup + Skincare + Hair & Body

by - May 15, 2019

I first discovered what project pan was thanks to YouTuber Kelly Gooch who is also doing it with her own collection. I've only seen people do this with makeup but I decided to add other products like skincare and hair and body care as I have a ton of stuff I want to finish and get rid of.
What is Project Pan, you ask. Project Pan is basically documenting products you want to finish and your progress towards finishing them. You set goals for those products and commit to finishing them in the time you set for yourself. For example, for the next month, I'll try to finish three products. In a few weeks, I'll check back and see which ones I've finished. The ones I've finished, I toss them out and the ones I haven't finished move on to the next month, along with more products I want to finish. This is a good way to keep yourself motivated if there are products in your stache that are almost finished but you can't get yourself to use them. That's a bad habit I have, I keep getting products when the ones I was using are almost finished and then decide to start using the new ones before the old ones are truly over. That leads to me having a huge amount of unfinished products laying around and taking up space making everything seem cluttered and unorganized.

For this first time, I'm gonna start with three products and in about four or five weeks I'll check back and give you an update.

Bonté Stress Control Deodorant
For the longest time I only used stick deodorants but I always found them very uncomfortable in the winter time because your armpits would feel wet and putting on clothes on top of that didn't feel comfortable at all so I opted for spray deodorants as they feel dry on the skin and allow me to put on clothes right after. I know they're terrible for the environment and I definitely want to try and find a stick deodorant that feels dry on the armpits (if you know any, let me know) but for now and until it's warm enough that I don't have to cover my armpits and let the deodorant dry, I'll keep using spray ones. This particular one isn't a favourite. Not the biggest fan of the scent and doesn't last that long on the skin. Definitely gonna try to use it up asap.

Bonté Hair Mask
This is my favourite hair mask, it smells amazing and leaves my hair smooth and nourished. I already have a back up so I need to get rid of this one quickly as it's just taking up space and there isn't much left anyway.

Catrice Bronzer
I've had this for a long time, it was my go-to and still is. It bronzes up the skin really nicely without being too warm. I use it on my cheeks and forehead after contouring and I think it gives a very sunkissed look. I already have a back up that unfortunately shattered as I got home and took it out of the bag but it's okay, I can work with it.

I hope you're having a great day,
Marta Ribeiro xx

  4. I'd love to try these, especially the hair mask. Keratin and argan makes such a powerful combo.
